Take charge of part of the management of the investor community: Follow-up of customer support, resolution of technical issues encountered by individuals in the use of their investor account and management of relationships with our clients.

Maintain records of investor interactions. Process investor requests and file documents.
Assist in drafting and/or preparing contracts and investment documents. Respond to all investor queries regarding available campaigns in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor investor complaints received on our customer support platform.
