What you will do

By joining the team in charge of investor relations on WORTH FUNDS, you will be able to:
 

  • Contribute to the acquisition, conversion and retention of new investors. You also support the Sales team in the distribution of investments to the private clients of our banking partner.

  • Take charge of part of the management of the investor community: follow-up of customer support, resolution of technical issues encountered by individuals in the use of their investor account and management of relationships with our clients.

  • Participate in the improvement of the internal processes of the platform, being a privileged link between the technical team and other departments, mediating communication on how to upgrade the platform.

  • Be involved in cross-functional subjects, allowing continuous advancement of the service offered to our investor members, as well as our distribution processes.

Who You are

  • Tenacious, rigorous and involved in your missions, motivated to overcome boundaries

  • Excellent communicator,  fluent in English (oral and written), proving precious interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable with basic financial concepts, with a close interest in the world of fintech, new financing models and holistic wellness

  • A team player with a positive attitude to criticism, perspicacious in contact with the customer, with a developed sense for negotiation, acting in a dynamic manner in a high-speed-growth environment.

  • Graduate with a Bac or University diploma + 3/4 training in Business School.
