What you will do

  • You'll be responsible for helping in the creation of new interfaces for BEHIND GAME Divisions. You'll work closely with our VP Design and the wider Product Team

  • Create, maintain, and update our design system.

  • Work with our design system to deliver cutting edge UI mockups and prototypes that are responsive and adaptable to a wide range of platforms.

  • Identify and troubleshoot UX/UI issues through thorough user testing pipeline and product discovery, and on the implementation of UX/UI designs.

  • Conduct adjustments to designs based on essential stakeholder feedback and thorough user research.

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with all team members and Group branches/subsidiaries.

  • Lead the ideation process by illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, site maps, or other tools that make the work easier.

  • Participate in the improvement of the internal processes of the platform, being a privileged link between the technical team and other departments, mediating communication on how to upgrade the platform.

  • Be involved in cross-functional subjects, allowing continuous advancement of the service offered to our investor members, as well as our distribution processes.

Who You are

  • A team player who works closely with developers to create concepts and flesh-out new features through rapid iteration

  • Able to multitask, prioritise, communicate, adapt, and manage time effectively.

  • A creative with a strong passion/interest for technology, learning, wellness and the  investment ecosystem.

  • Proven strong organisation skills.

  • A data-driven, collaborative mindset and an interest to learn skills outside your immediate comfort zone thanks to a strong analytical skills to support your decisions.

  • You're eager to improve your UX/UI skills about solving UX puzzles by delivering intuitive application design and user interfaces that make the transition from tasks to be done to tasks done.

  • A strong eye for detail and a technical approach to design.

  • Experienced for at least 5 years as a UX -UI designer for web and/or mobile applications (portfolio required).

  • Capable to sell your ideas by clearly articulating the reasoning behind a proposed user journey and how it fits into the bigger picture.

  • Excellent communicator,  fluent in English, proving precious interpersonal skills.

  • Graduate with a Bac or University diploma + 3/4 training in Design or Communication School.
